Spark plug is an electrical device that fits into the cylinder head of some internal combustion engines and ignites compressed aerosol gasoline by means of an electric spark. Spark plug is one of the fast moving components. There are various types of spark plug based on operating temperature and material used in it. Spark plug constitutes a major part of the ignition system and keep the engine running by constantly igniting the fuel – air mixture. Failing spark plugs can cause the car engine to misfire and thus affect its performance. Check your spark plugs regulary and don’t forget to replace it with the new one if needed.
